Wilderness Drop Camps
Rocky Mountain High, is what you will get doing our drop camps. Powderhorn Primitive Outfitter, a premier outfitter in Colorado, strives to help clients find their place in the mountains. Once you have figured out it is ok to get lost, you will find the elk.
Our camps are placed near water, will have a propane stove for cooking, and a fireplace for warmth. We will have an oversized cot ready for you.
We hope you are in shape, because it is not easy. But for todays in shape, web friendly, avid bowhunter, screaming elk aren't far away.
